Engine LED Color
The Engine LED Color action controls the color of the illuminated logo on the front panel of Grid Engine hardware.
This feature is available only on systems equipped with Grid Engine hardware, which includes a backlit logo that can be controlled programmatically.
By setting the LED color, the physical device can provide a visual status indicator directly on the hardware. This can be used to signal system states, warnings, or operational conditions.
For example, different colors can be used to indicate:
Normal system operation
Warnings or system issues
Errors within a Grid Studio project
Specific roles such as active, backup, or standby systems
This allows operators to quickly identify the status of machines in a rack or technical environment without needing to check the software interface.
