Interface
The Grid Studio interface provides the workspace where projects are created, configured, and operated.
Instead of relying on a fixed user interface layout, Grid Studio uses a flexible view-based workspace. Users can open, arrange, and combine different views to create a layout that fits their workflow and screen setup.
Each view focuses on a specific aspect of a project, such as editing interfaces, managing project structures, monitoring data, or controlling system behavior. Multiple views can be opened simultaneously and arranged freely within the workspace.
Because layouts are fully customizable, the interface can be adapted to different tasks such as:
system development
show operation
debugging
monitoring
This section introduces the general structure and interaction concepts of the Grid Studio interface.
Interface Topics
The following sections explain how to navigate and interact with the Grid Studio interface.
Provides an overview of the main interface layout, including the menu bar, system controls, and the central workspace where views are arranged.
Explains how to move and navigate within editors such as the Artboard and Node Editor, including panning, zooming, and selection behavior.
Some views automatically update their content based on the currently selected object.
This section explains how dynamic views behave and how views such as the Inspector, Artboard, Node Editor, or Timeline react to project selections.
Many elements within Grid Studio—such as objects, nodes, events, actions, or parameters—can be temporarily enabled or disabled.
This section explains where enable/disable controls appear and how they affect system behavior.
Parameters are used throughout Grid Studio to control values and configure systems.
This section explains how parameters can be edited, adjusted, and connected to other values using control modes such as expressions, variables, or targets.
Topics include:
typing and editing parameter values
UI-based adjustments
parameter control modes
special parameter types
Objects are the primary building blocks of a Grid Studio project.
This section explains how objects are created, organized, and managed within the project structure.
Topics include:
creating objects
organizing objects in hierarchies
selecting and renaming objects
enabling and disabling objects
