Dynamic Views
Some of the views in Grid will dynamically update what it is showing depend on the selected object.
This applies to the following views in Grid:
Inspector
Artboard
Workflow
Modifier
Timeline
These views would have a slightly different UI to them.
Basic Layout
Take the board view as example, we have starting from the left to the right

click here to move the view around
click here to move the view around
toggle the lock/unlock of the view so it stays on the current object or dynamically update based on the selected object
close this view
provide secondary menu options
How to move these view around
To select and move these view around, you would have to click and drag on the icon of the view
Secondary Options
Clicking on the arrow 
next to the name, you are shown the secondary options of the view where you can quickly switch to another board / timeline / workflow / modifier or have the option to add another object of the same type.
Workflow / Modifier
What is unique about the workflow view is that different objects can also have workflow / modifier associated with it, and by selecting a different object, the view can display that linked workflow / modifier.
Inspector
The secondary option for the inspector when clicking on the name of the view provides a slightly different options.
You can from here pop out a new inspector view that is locked to the current selected object
You also have a history view of the past selected objects giving you a faster way to jump between selected objects.
