Artboard

Overview

The Artboard View displays the user interface associated with an Artboard object.

It provides a visual canvas where interface elements such as widgets are arranged to create custom control panels and operator interfaces.

Within the workspace, the Artboard appears as a standard view and can be arranged, resized, or combined with other views.

Dynamic Behavior

The Artboard View supports dynamic view behavior.

When an Artboard object is selected in the Project Tree, the view automatically displays the corresponding interface.

This allows users to quickly switch between different Artboards simply by changing the current selection.

Like other dynamic views, the Artboard can also be locked to a specific object to prevent the view from updating when the selection changes.

The Artboard View uses the standard editor navigation controls described in the Navigation section.
