Layer Rundown

Overview
The Layer Rundown view provides an alternative way to visualize timeline content in Grid Studio.
Instead of displaying the entire timeline along a horizontal time axis, this view shows the events of a single timeline layer as a vertical list.
This representation makes it easier to monitor upcoming events during runtime.
Layer-Based View
The Layer Rundown focuses on a single layer of a timeline.
Events on the selected layer are displayed as a sequential list, allowing operators to quickly see which events are coming next.
As events are executed, past entries are automatically removed from the list, keeping the view focused on upcoming items.
Countdown to Events
Each entry in the rundown includes a countdown timer indicating the remaining time until the next event on the layer is triggered.
This makes the Layer Rundown particularly useful for monitoring cue-like timeline events during operation.
Selecting a Timeline Layer
The Layer Rundown view does not support dynamic view behavior.
Instead, the view must be explicitly assigned to a specific timeline layer. Once configured, the view will display the events associated with that layer.
Purpose
The Layer Rundown provides a simplified, operator-friendly overview of upcoming timeline events, allowing users to monitor what will happen next on a specific layer.
