Project Credit Manager
The Project Credit Manager provides a detailed overview of how credits are used within a project.
It lists all objects and connections that consume credits, including the amount used by each component. Only elements that actually consume credits are displayed—objects or connections that do not require credits will not appear in this list.
In addition to credit usage, the Project Credit Manager also allows management of project add-ons, which are licensed independently from the number of devices or connections in the project.
Opening the Project Credit Manager
In the Project Tree, the current consumed credits and available credits from the activated license, are displayed directly next to the project name.

Clicking this credit indicator opens the Project Credit Manager, where detailed information about credit usage and project add-ons can be viewed and managed.

Managing Add-Ons
The lower section of the Project Credit Manager contains a list of available project add-ons.
These add-ons can be enabled to activate additional features within the project.
Available add-ons include:
Sensor & PTZ World Calibration Tools
Camera Calibration and Lens & Alignment Profiles
Light Tracking
Timeline Director
Physics Engine
Once enabled, these features become globally available within the project. Unlike standard credit usage, add-ons are not dependent on the number of objects or connections that use them.

After activation, the add-ons will also appear in the credit usage list above, showing their corresponding credit requirements.
Insufficient Credits
If a project requires more credits than are currently available, this will be clearly indicated within Grid Studio.

In the Project Tree, the credit indicator next to the project name will be highlighted in red, signaling that the project is exceeding the available credits.
Grid Viewer Watermark
When a project does not have sufficient credits, all connected Grid Viewer instances will display a Grid logo watermark overlay on the end point's interface.
This watermark remains visible until a sufficient license is activated.
Data Watermark
If the project is running without enough credits, a data watermark will also be activated.
At irregular intervals, the data watermark temporarily blocks:
external data communication
internal processes
automated workflows
During these moments, a notification is displayed in the upper-right corner of the viewer.

After a few seconds, normal operation resumes. This behaviour repeats until a sufficient Credit license is activated.
The data watermark is designed to allow project preparation and testing, while ensuring that projects without proper licensing cannot be used for live operation.
