Interface

Overview

The Interface tab contains settings that control the visual appearance and interaction behavior of the Grid Studio user interface.

These options allow users to adapt the editor to different screen sizes, display resolutions, and personal preferences. Adjusting these settings can improve readability and navigation comfort, especially when working on high-resolution displays or multi-monitor setups.

All settings in this section affect only the local editor environment and do not influence project behavior.

Font Size

Defines the base font size used throughout the Grid Studio interface.

Increasing the font size can improve readability on high-resolution displays or when working at a greater viewing distance. Reducing the font size may allow more interface elements to fit on screen.

Global UI Scale

Controls the overall scaling of the user interface.

This setting scales all UI elements, including panels, controls, and interface components. It is particularly useful for adapting the editor to:

  • high-DPI monitors

  • large displays

  • accessibility requirements

Adjusting the UI scale can make the interface easier to read and interact with on different hardware setups.

Zoom Sensitivity

Defines how responsive zoom interactions are within editors that support zooming.

This primarily affects views such as:

  • Node Editor

  • Artboards

  • other zoomable editors

Higher values make zoom interactions more sensitive, while lower values allow finer control during zooming operations.

Purpose

The Interface settings allow users to adjust the visual scale and interaction sensitivity of the Grid Studio editor, making the workspace more comfortable and usable across different display environments.
